Krystyna has practiced clinical psychology full-time for 17 years in the area of adult mental health. Work settings have included community based and hospital adult psychiatric services, tertiary education counselling, and private practice.
Krystyna is registered as a Clinical Psychologist under the Psychologists Act, and has undergone 8 years university education, including 3 years in the Clinical Psychology training programme.
Krystyna has been trained in assessing clinical conditions, and specialises in helping individuals learn psychological strategies to manage their psychiatric and emotional problems. She has expertise in the areas of depression, stress and anxiety management, life changes, trauma including sexual abuse, personality, self-identity and relationship issues.
